Shop Overview Our noodles feature a rich, intensely flavored seafood and pork bone-based soup. In this, we are fanatics: the stock takes a full two days to make. The noodles are made fresh from scratch by our master noodle makers every morning. We use absolutely no preservatives, conditioners, or other additives that others consider essential for their product. Instead, we use simple ingredients, including flour, salt water, and potato flour—just the basics. Shop Concept When people think of Nagoya, Nagoya Castle is the tourist site that most comes to mind.
